Almost 10 years ago when I went first time to Thailand, I never know it would change my life so much. From the first day I arrived in Thailand, I fall in love. I fall in love with Thailand and I still am. I cannot imagine where else I would life for the rest of my life.

People are very friendly and the food is great, the weather is always fine.

The only problem I had while in Thailand was the language. Sure, people do speak English, but don’t expect much. And even they will not understand you, they will always say “yes”.

Especially when going out there, was hard to have a conversation with any Thai girl, all you get is yes and no and lots of “alina”, which can be translate as “say again” or “what do you said”. After a while it gets boring.

 After a couple of times been to Thailand I decided to learn to speak Thai. It was and still is hard to find any teacher. So when I start to looking around on the internet, I did find many sites. Most sites offer some online courses, but it is not much than words you learn. You can’t have a conversation with just some words you know.

 Finally I found “Speak Easy Thai” and I desite to buy the course and start to speak Thai. As I follow the instructions, I could easy and fast remember and pronounce Thai words. It did not take a long time before I could make short sentence.

On my next trip to Thailand, I took the course with me, and while I try to speak Thai with the locals, I try to remember what they say back to me. I also make sentence before I left the hotel with help of the course. When I plan to go to the hair salon, or to the restaurant, I made sure, I had learn and wrote things on a piece of paper. I try to tell at the hair salon in Thai what I want, and I order my food in Thai.

 All together did help me to speak Thai fast. Until now I am sure, it was the best step I did to learn to speak Thai this way.

Now, I am able to speak, write and I even do translate to and from Thai.
