Why learn to speak Thai? Thailand is one of the topmost tourist destinations in this world. The beaches, culture and cuisine are just to name a few specialties of Thailand. However, in English or any other western you use only one word for same gender. If you want to learnning to speak Thai, you’d need to face a lot of confusion as the Thai speaker uses the words that donate the gender. Therefore, it would be true, if you say that Thai language is combination of two languages; one for the males, and the other one for females.

Second reason that creates confusion for people who are want to learn to speak Thai is the tonal quality of the words you use while speaking the language. There are five different tonal variants in Thai language; upward speaking tone, downward speaking tone, high tone, middle tone and low tone. If you’re asking a question in English, it will end with an upward swinging tone. While using an assertion the sentence ends with a downward swinging tone. In other words, in English language tonal variants used according to the sentence however, if you’re learning Thai lanquage, you’d need to use tonal variants on every individual word.  Therefore, tonality brings dual confusion. Not only tone creates confusion but also the identical words in Thai. Identical words can bring out a different meaning, if you use wrong tonal variant.

So, if you get close to perfection in the usage of tonal variants while learning  Thai, you can shop your style at a very reasonable price. Majority of tourists opt for Thailand as the country is a shopping. Moreover, bargaining is the key to nail down the best deals. IF you want to shop around and get best things at cheap price, speaking Thai which is not as hard as it seems to be. The best way to learn Thai is that you should speak the language with confidence. Since Thai language needs correct tonal variant on each word therefore, if you speak the language with distorted tone, you’d not be able to convey the correct message. Once you’re confident that you’ve learned the language, try to speak Thai with the native speaker, you will get to now the flaws and the best thing is that the locals will be glad to help you in learning the language.
